Thank you for visiting the Gulf Beach Condominium website.

The good news is that Gulf Beach has started the process of completely rebuilding the complex. The new Gulf Beach will be taller, to meet current standards, roomier, with nine-foot ceilings, and upgraded to reflect modern condominium styles. We are excited about these improvements and look forward to welcoming you to the new Gulf Beach.

Unfortunately, it will take about two more years to complete the regeneration. We have had some differences with our insurance carriers, which is why we are late.

In the meantime, we would like to offer you Sand Pointe #226 as a near-term substitute. Just click on “Sand Pointe” on the menu, and find your next Sanibel Island getaway.
