We are happy to inform you that Sand Pointe Condominiums are progressing well. On September 2022, Hurricane Ian brought devastating 155 MPH winds and an 11-13 foot storm surge.

Our contractor is currently installing everything new in our unit. We still have to put in the ground floor storage areas, re-construct the pool bathrooms and pool house, and refurbish the pool.  The need for our new walkway to the Gulf is mitigated by the beach expansion, which is now walkable from the pool area. Though no dates are firm, renovation may be complete early in April.
