We are happy to inform you that Sand Pointe Condominiums are progressing well. Since the September 2022 Hurricane Ian that brought devastating 155 MPH winds and an 11-13 foot storm surge, the interiors of the condos are now in a “white box” state and almost ready for the contractors to renew the units. We still have to put in the ground floor storage areas, re-construct the pool bathrooms, refurbish the pool, and build a new walkway to the Gulf. Though no dates are firm, renovation may be complete as early as December.
